Meet our Founder - Donte M. Campbell

Donte Campbell is a powerful voice for change, known for his relentless dedication to saving young lives from the traps of gangs, drugs, and incarceration. As a public speaker, youth mentor, and anti-gun violence advocate, Donte combines lived experience with bold leadership to uplift, educate, and transform communities.

Raised in Baltimore, Donte knows firsthand the impact of systemic neglect and street violence. Rather than becoming a product of his environment, he chose to become a protector of his people. Through mentoring, school visits, and community events, he works tirelessly to redirect youth toward purpose, responsibility, and self-respect.

Donte’s impact has earned him official recognition from the City of Baltimore and a feature on WBAL Channel 2 News, highlighting his influence as a grassroots leader. He speaks with authenticity and urgency—reaching young people where they are and showing them what’s possible when they choose a different path.

Today, Donte continues to expand his reach as a speaker, collaborator, and advocate. His mission is clear: to interrupt cycles of violence and create space for hope, healing, and opportunity—one young life at a time.
